Officially, this project is unofficial.  This site has been started for the soul purpose of preserving the right to drive a vehicle on Volusia County beaches.  

The second goal, which will have it's own web-site when time has provided, is to allow all Volusia County residents free beach access.

After studying the process that the individuals in New Smyrna Beach (South Volusia County) used, I believe a significantly sized organization will annul all decisions made by our government.
