This is R. Lachance
Thank you all for you replies, good or bad to this situation - they gave me good insight, and I can understand if you are getting bored of it. I've been posting this story around for the past 5/6 months now in hopes of showing all "shoddy" dealers and big motorcycle corporations that the little guy won't just fade back into the corner after he gets beat.

Everyone who owns a motorcycle knows how hard they had to work to get it; and if not, they at least know how expensive things are these days.

For everyone who is not a professional mechanic or simply just do not have the time nor the skills to rip a bike apart at will and slap it back together - where do we go to get the basic services if we can't even trust the dealer and/or manufacture to do a quality job - or a job at all!
In my situation, it wouldn't have mattered if I was a certified mechanic. - Honda couldn't even get the parts to me.

All in all - I have been a true Honda believer in the past, and I still think they make incredible products - but after this whole ordeal, would you jump right back on the Honda bandwagon?

You have to remember, I live in Canada. I don't get to ride year round. We get 6 months of riding if we're lucky. This year I could have been riding in December, which is unheard of.

BlackB1ade you wrote this: "There are ways and means of getting corporate revenge, and this aint it." ---Man I'm listening, what do I do? Court is out of the picture. I don't what to end up paying my lawyer more than what I want in return. What I want back is: 1 years worth of depreciation on my bike, and get my bike and insurance payments back for the 8 months that I haven't had the luxury of having my vehicle in my own garage.

Anyway, I didn't mean to upset anyone other that the dealers and manufactures.
