- I am enclosing a copy of a letter which I recently sent to
Motor Sports World. The letter is
- self explanatory.

- I am advised by Motor Sports World that the only reason they
are delayed in repairing this
- vehicle is their inability to obtain parts. The delay in this
matter now stretches into many
- months and as you are aware my client is making the payments
on the motor bike and the
- insurance. I cannot believe that Honda Canada is unable to
provide parts for a brand new
- vehicle which has been recently sold by one of their
dealers.

- I am writing this letter in the hope that there is some
confusion in this matter that can be
- clarified so that the parts might be delivered immediately. If
we do no get a satisfactory
- resolution we will have no alternative but to litigate.
