R.Lachance ,

I was just visitor 879 to your site : http://ca.geocities.com/no_servic/ .

I am a former Honda owner. Whether or not I own/owned Honda's I sympathize with you. Lately I see more and more "service" oriented businesses failing in their services. In the past, I guess all these businesses just went alone and picked up new customers (especially in big cities like here in NYC) and didn't have to worry about customer relationship.

Please keep up the good work. You are far away but I believe that little things people do make a difference. If I have a chance to post your URL, I will and often.

Good luck,

Jong
I only have one question for you. Why would you pay over $12,000 dollars
for the bike in the first place. They are selling in the US for $7,000
brand spankin new!

Mechanixman

Goodness man, do they have any rules on going to the US to buy one? Sorry
If I came off as rude but I am stuck in Kuwait and I have quite a few bad
days.

Matt
You need to practice relaxing.
the motorcycle industry sucks everywhere!
They're run mostly by non enthusiasts and all the
know-nothing 9 to 5 cruiser heads without a clue
about mechanical workings coming in and saying,
" I think something's wrong but I'm not sure " create
the perception by mechanics of low general expectations of maintenance
quality of consumers in general.
In other words, the public is easily led to accepting sugar coated
lies and have truths at a good profit to boot.
The Only way to get around this is to become a competent
mechanic yourself, period.

Hey watch that dwelling on anger. Get some more active interests going realize there's only a few people worthy of admiration.
You generally get what you expect so expect allot and make most of it happen yourself.

Peace & Enlightenment, E. R.
