Mark 4:31-36New American Standard

Father, You understand me. You are awesome in Your knowledge of me. You created this shell and, therefore, understand me perfectly. Lord, You know where I have to be to learn, to grasp Your concepts. I am just like Your disciples of old; I have to be alone with You to understand and learn about You and from You. Psalm 46:10 tells me to "cease striving, and know" You are God. And in order to do that, I have to be alone with You. I have to let You have control of everything - my time, my mind, my heart, and my attention; all the "my's" are Yours. Even when I'm in a crowd, learning, draw me to You, alone, so I may learn Your concepts. I am Your disciple; treat me like one. Teach me the hard lessons, God. Because through all of this, You are glorified. May Your Name be praised throughout today. Be with the profs as they come, bringing Your principles. And have Your hand on all of us, that we may walk away, having learned what You will have us learn. Honor and glory to Your Name alone, God my Father. Thank You
