GRANDMASTER HELLO KITTY

LECTURE SESSION 1 : THE KICKS OF TAEKWONDO

Despite having the meaning "foot fist art," competitive Taekwondo is about the kicks plain and simple. Sure, someone might throw a punch every once in a while but it's purely an ornamental gesture 99% of the time. As you scroll down you will learn about each of the 4 main kicks of TKD and the characteristics of each. Proficiency in each one of the techniques is essential for success in tournaments! But most importantly, don't forget to have FUN while practicing!

So have fun everyone, or else I'll crack your skull open!

 - Happy Happy Kicking,
