About me

My name is Julie, I was born on January 3rd, you don't need to know the year.
I have been married to the same wonderful man ( Pete ) since I was 16,we have two wonderful boys (Dusty 30, and Scott 28. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 1973 at a very young age, and it has kept me from doing a lot of things that I want to do. I have been recently been told that my kidneys are damaged and my muscles are getting weak because of the diabetes. Also I have fibromyalgia, that is like haveing cronic fatigue and arthritis. I have days that I can't even hardly move.(The doctor told me not to ride in the car for a long time,but that will not stop me from going to see Sammy in concert.) I love animals. My first love in life is God. He has done so much for me and my family,including saveing all my pets from the F-5 tornado. I do cournted cross stitch in my spare time when I am able.Since I have finally got a new home after the tornado,I do a lot of decorating.I love life in general, and will always be a RED HEAD!
I am working on my funeral services just in case, and have decided that I will have Sammys music playing during the service. I want people to know what my life was about and what kept me going for so many years.

To be a REDHEAD is to be proud. To enjoy your music, and know you by the words in your songs you write is a privilage to us. We may not know you personally, but we know you through your lyrics that are written from the heart. For most of us, you are the greatest, and to some of us you are the best. But for all of us true RED HEADS your hard work and patients are what we love. God gave you your talent for a reason, and we all know that you have used it well. So thank you Sammy for all you have done for us and yourself. God Bless Sammy!

I am now a grandmother. It has to be the coolest thing ever. Alexis is now 6 years old, and she is the most beautiful child I have ever seen. It really is cool to be a grandmother and still act like a 16 year old when we go to see Sammy. I still have the most wonderful husband in the world, and to still be married after 28 years is a blessing to say the least. I am very blessed with all my family, and may God bless Sammy the same way.
