17. Jack White *White Stripes*
now if you ask me these to are good guitarist and i love to listen to both the white stripes and nirvana but i honestly dont think the likes of Cobain and White come above people like Angus young of AC/DC, Eddie Van Halen or even Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine / Audioslave, these guys are known for there guiataring, i bet everyone reading this has heard of these people and angus young and tom morello are two guitarists from bands i love to bits, i liek many others are sitting at home trying to pull off the riffs and killer lead breaks they have made, but then you get kids sitting at home with there guitars looking at the rolling stone list and knowing they can play pretty much all White Stripes and Nirvana songs, i mean whats stopping them thinking they aint 12th and 17th best guitarists ever? i mean they can play theer songs note by note bar by bar? i just think its dumb, if you ask me thsi was made from popularity mixed with pure talent becuase greats like Joe Satriani and Steve Vai didnt even touch the list! also Eric Johnson, any of them three have more talent than 75% of that list but yet they didnt make it? jesus just plain stupid, now i myself dont even think jimi hendrix is the best guitarists of all time.......that made alot of people look strangley at the screen....... yes he is a real good guitarist but Joe Satriani i think is a way better guitarist and the best ever, i honeslty you recomend any of his songs for download becuase there are totaly awsome, everyone is just one whole lead break, where you have songs with a lead break for less than 20% of the song his songs are 20% riffs and 80% lead break and not slow lead breaks either........................ so that was my answer to that list also if you wanna email me with any comments go right ahead at [email protected]
