| The season ended unexpectedly for the Lady Lions, but otherwise they had a very successful season by winning the first district championship in volleyball at Kaufman since the early 90s. Since the conclusion of the season, the Lady Lions dominated the District 12-3A honors and were given team awards at the KHS Volleyball Banquet. |
