                        FIELD CROP COMPETITION
CLASS “FC”

ADDITIONAL  RULES:
 A. Field Crop Competition classes are barley, mixed grain (oats & barley), ensilage corn,
grain corn and soybeans.
 B. A minimum of 6 participants is required for each field competition or class will be
canceled.
 C. Donor not allowed to enter his/her special
 D. Competitor must notify committee four (4) days prior to cutting of crop.
 E. Total number of points that competitor can obtain in a category is 100 points, however,
each competitor must have a hall exhibit to receive prize.
F. The highest aggregate in any two classes will be tallied to determine the winner of the
Field Crop Trophy
 
 1. Barley, hall exhibit – off the combine, ½ bushel
 2. Mixed grain, hall exhibit – off the combine, ½ bushel
 3. Grain corn, hall exhibit – six cobs
 4. Ensilage corn, hall exhibit – six stalks, ears to remain closed (to be opened by committee
for judging)
 5. Soybeans, hall exhibit – 10 stalks tied into a sheaf
