CLASS “FMO”
1. Date Squares, 5 – 2” squares displayed on a plate
2. Five-Minute Fudge, 5 – 2” squares displayed on plate, using the following recipe:
         2 Tbsp Butter                         2 C. Miniature Marshmallows
         2/3 C. Carnation Milk (small can)     1 ˝ C. Chocolate Chipits (dark)
         1 2/3 C. Sugar                        1 tsp. Vanilla
         ˝ tsp. Salt                           ˝ C. Chopped Nuts (optional)
Mix butter, milk, sugar, and salt in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Cook 5 minutes
stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chipits, vanilla, and nuts. Stir
1 to 2 min. or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into buttered 8” pan. Cool. Cut in squares.
