$100 Pie Contest

CLASS “HP”

PRIZES: 1st - $45, 2nd - $30, 3rd - $25 to the bakers of the best
                          “Pumpkin Pie”

Rules:
1. This contest is separate from any contest listed in the prize listing and must be registered
separately with the Secretary on fair day (September 16th, 2006).
2. All pies must be made from scratch – NO mixes, prepared shells, store-bought pies, or canned
fillings allowed.
3. All pies must be in clear plastic bags, large enough to be easily removed for judging.
4. All entries must be registered at the Secretary’s desk and tagged at time of registration
to be eligible for a prize. Entry tag must be attached to outside of bag.
5. Judging for this competition will take place on Saturday, September 16th, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.
sharp. All pies must be registered and on the table to be judged by this time.
6. The three (3) winning pies must be donated for auction, which will take place at the close
of the fair (approximately 4:00 p.m.). Any other participants may donate their pies for
auction. Proceeds from this auction will go to the Neustadt-Normanby-Carrick Agricultural
Society.
7. Only one entry per person.
