Roommates of Nathaniel Marston (Al) had better pay their bills, judging by how he handled his last tricky situation. "I was living in Brooklyn and had acquired two roommates, and they didn't understand that you were supposed to pay rent," he grins. "I carried the rent for about three months," Untile he informed the land lord that he was moving out -- and that his roommates were not on the lease. "I left in the still of the night, and they came home to find out that it wasn't their house anymore. I called my [old] neighbor: 'What are they doing?' 'They seem real confused.' Perfect!"
