Who has been the most inspiration president in history, and why?

"FDR, because of the New Deal. He commissioned more public works than any other president. He did a lot of road building -- a lot of the interstates were put in under him. And [Teddy Roosevelt] was a big conservationist. He was the one who set up our national park system. We wouldn't have national parks today if it wasn't for [him]."
