Portal Of My Birth

     is it possible to return me
      to the portal of my birth
      before existence was known
      and time was set
      while in the absence
      of our presence
      and whose bearing told of
      great authority

      may I redesign
      the climax of my union
      to  redefine the outer edge
      before descending into the passage
      of my bloom

     Had I left my flesh in death
      instead of now
      would my entrance be
      through another
      had my life been as
      someone else
