Welcome

First Kiss

you gazed into my eyes
  through the misty night time sky
and when our lips did meet
     the earths motion
moved beneath my feet

I could see the moon and stars above
     through your twilight eyes
and my heart grew wings
       too flutter with love

and as I watched you leave
    my heart did skip a beat
I thought,
   shall I ever have this pleasure again
                to let our lips meet

and when our souls became one
   under that same twilight sky
I could feel your love beat
    as you softly lay beside me

with each gentle sway
    the earth was our own.
time stood still
      the first time ever
our souls became one
