This is inspired by listening to a few old favorites, and realizing that each song is basically a come-on.
I guess that is the original reason for being a musician - to give yourself an edge in the pursuit of a mate.
So why am I doing this song, you may ask, being happily and productively mated?
Seems like traditionally, the 'come-on' is the best song on the record, that's why. I'm seeing if this subject matter inspires me to a better tune.
I think this is really just a couple chord progressions with a break.
I think I am going to concentrate on interplay of instruments from now on - mixing riffs to find attractive duets and triplets and so on.
