Faculty Member:

ˇ      Teaches in the range of electrical and electronic engineering subjects included-Electromagnetic Field, Microwave Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Radar and Satellite Communication, Electronics, Antennas and Propagation in Wireless Communication and Wave Theory

ˇ      Designed and constructed a low cost anechoic chamber for antenna characterization. To keep the investment within the affordable limit, use locally available polyurethane foam as absorber and other materials

ˇ      Developed a new algorithm for the efficient implementation of Integral Equation of Measured Equation of Invariance (IE-MEI) method to solve the full three-dimensional (3D) scattering problem. This technique also explore the insensitive properties of MEI coefficient for modified scattering objects

ˇ      Developed a new EMC antenna, which can simulate highly directive standard EM waves to measure shielding effectiveness of a planner sheet. The designed H-Loop antenna has been constructed and check the result with the theoretical one, which gives excellent agreement

 ˇ    Prepared layout design, technical specification of items, bill of quantity and item-wise cost of CCTV, fire detection and security systems of a corporate office                      building, thereby enhance the monitoring, fire protection and security issues

ˇ      The loop configuration, test and measurements of temperature and resistance were made in the ‘Heat Cycle’ test of H-type connectors and Hot-Line Clamp used in the electrical transmission line as per ANSI and NEMA standard, which ensures the product quality of the manufacturer

ˇ      Introduce a new course ‘Wave Theory (EEE-6804)’ at EEE Department, DUET, Gazipur for postgraduate students, which covers the fundamental theories of wave equations and numerical simulation methods of wave phenomenally using computers

ˇ      Created a new course ‘Antenna and Propagation for Wireless Communication (EEE-6805)’ at EEE Department, DUET, Gazipur for postgraduate students, which covers basic theory, application and design principles of antenna and antenna arrays utilized in communications and modelling aspects of the wireless communication channel. This subject also describes the physical behaviour of radio wave propagation at radio and microwave frequencies, including terrestrial, space and mobile communication system, overview of modelling approaches and problems faced with mobile communication systems

ˇ      Conceived, revamped and developed microwave engineering lab of EEE Department, DUET, Gazipur. An anechoic chamber of 16ft x 16ft x 9ft, antenna training system, waveguide experiment setup, spectrum analyzer (9kHz-3GHz, ESA-E series, Agilent technologies), network analyzer (300kHz-3GHz, ENA-RF series, Agilent technologies), etc. were assembled and established in this lab
