Information on Albert Lawrence's family was taken from family Bible purchased by Isaac Benjamin Lawrence in 1846 at Coffeeville, Yalobushy Co., Mississippi.� It was published by The Association of Friends of American in 1844 at Philadelphia for the American Foreign Bible Society. Isaac Benjamin Lawrence, father of Albert, also kept his family records in this Bible. When Albert died, the Bible went to his only son, James Thomas Lawrence, who kept his family record in it. When he died, his son, Jessie Lawrence received the Bible, and it is in his possession at this writing, June 1, 1957, at Route 1, Pelahatchie, Rankin Co., Mississippi
