The Establishment

Take off the limbs,
Break down the bricks,
Kick out the cans,
Hammer the nails.
Wreck the establishment, tear out its heart,
End the reign,
Take the reins,
Lead the way.
Cut down the trees,
Hack off the branches,
Burn all the bridges.
Put it in the past,
Leave it in the past.
Build it to the sky with the blood of the old.
Breathe in new life,
Breathe it all in,
Revel in what has been made.
The child is born,
The child is yours,
The establishment reigns supreme.
