Cottage Jerry: I can�t believe you got away with asking my brother to be in the wedding one-minute and Sonny another. Lois: I have talent. Jerry puts his arm around Lois and hugs her. Yeah ya gotta love me for some things. Kristina runs down the stairs. Kristina: How do I look? Lois smiles. Lois: Gorgeous, just gorgeous. You steppin� out with Jason? Kristina stares at her. Jerry: She wants to know if you�re dating Jason. Lois: Oh it�s just something my Gramps used to say. Kristina nods. Kristina: I don�t know, it�s really complicated right now. But tonight I�m going on a date with him and we�re going to have a great time. So how do I look? Lois: I already told you. Kristina smiles. Kristina: Okay. She walks over to the mirror over the fireplace, playing with her hair. Lois: So Kristina, would you like to be one of my bridesmaids? Kristina flips around and stares at her. Kristina: Would I? Lois: Yes you silly! Brooke: I�m going to be the flower girl. Kristina smiles. Kristina: Well then I would love to be in the wedding! Lois claps her hands and Jerry hugs her again. Who else is going to be in it? Jerry: We were thinking a best man, three groomsmen, a maid of honor and three brides maids. He thinks for a moment. Lois begins to count off on her fingers. Lois: Best man: Jax, Groomsmen: Sonny, Jason� Jerry: Ned? Kristina: You�re going to put your ex-husband in your wedding. Lois: Actually I�d like him to give me away. We�re good friends now, what else would make me happier? Kristina raises her eyesbrows. Lois: Well we�ll come back to that. Bridesmaids: Kristina, Alexis and Emily. Kristina: My sister? Lois nods. Okay you really are cracked. Lois: Ah so I�m one egg short of a dozen, big deal. Kristina laughs. I still want Brenda to be my maid of honor. She sighs. If I can at least get her to be a bridesmaid. Lois smiles and looks at Kristina. Kristina: What? Lois: I�ve found my maid of honor. Kristina raises an eyebrow. You! Kristina: Oh no! Oh Lois I�m sorry, I just� She glances up at Jerry. I�m honored that you would ask. Lois: That�s a yes? I�ve heard better. Kristina smiles. The doorbell rings. Kristina runs to the door. (to Jerry) Unfortunately he�s not going to be able to walk her down the aisle. Jerry: They�re getting married? Lois laughs and hits him. Lois: No, darlin, but he�s going to be the wedding but she�s not going to be a bridesmaid! Jerry nods in understanding. Kristina opens the door to find Jason holding one rose. Kristina blushes. Kristina: Do you want to come in or just go? Jason waves to Lois and Jerry. He hands Kristina the rose. Jason: Let�s just go. Kristina nods. She grabs her coat. Kristina: Have fun planning! See ya later! Lois smiles. They leave. Lois sits on the couch. Jerry: It�s good that you have a very happy house. Lois nods. Lois: Well at least two-thirds are happy. Jax�s Cabin by the Beach Brenda: This place is beautiful. Jax: We used to go here all the time. He looks down at her and smiles. Brenda stares out at the ocean for a moment. Brenda: Thank you for bringing me here. Jax takes her hand and lead her over to a blanket that is lying on the sand. Brenda sits. Jax: I wanted us to get away from it all. We�ve both changed in so many ways and I just wanted to give us a chance to talk. Brenda stares up at him for a moment and then smiles. Brenda: That would be wonderful. All people seem to be doing since I�ve gotten back is try to remind me of my old life. It�s not that I don�t think you people are nice, cause I do. Lois is really funny and my sisters are really great to me, I think I just need time to figure things out. Jax: Brenda, I don�t want to remind you of your old life because I knew you�re not your old self anymore. Brenda: Well then Jax, tell me about yourself, who you are now. Jax smiles. Jax: That will take just as long. Brenda nods. Brenda: True. I think I want to explore all life has to offer. We were trapped in that castle for so long that the outside world seems like a dream for me. Jax: You should do that. Take sometime for yourself and discover life, places and people. Brenda: Well so far I�ve discovered you Jax, and so far I think you�re wonderful. Jax smiles. I have a question, how did you know to come get us? Jax: Chloe somehow got a letter to us, we didn�t even know you were there. I am so happy that you were though. Brenda: My knight in shining armor. Jax smiles. Jax: Yes, I think I�ve become known as the white knight of Port Charles. Brenda laughes. Brenda: It really works for you! Jax: You think? They�re both laughing by now. Brenda looks back out at the ocean. Brenda: How long can we stay here? Jax shrugs. Jax: As long as you like I guess. Although it�s chilly out here, remember it�s November. Brenda: Yes but the sun is keeping me warm. You know I never noticed the temperature in the castle. They wanted us to feel so safe and protected, but somehow we didn�t. We all missed what we couldn�t have. I just couldn�t think that the outside world was so awful I needed to be shielded from it. Jax: I see your positive outlook hasn�t been affected. Brenda: No I guess not. She smiles. I think it�s what kept a lot of us going. Sergei� no Frisco, was just so upset. Before we would go to bed he would come sit by my side, he would say it was in hope of getting just a little of my optimism. Jax laughs. Something worked because he seemed to get along well with Kristina. Jax: Yeah he does. Jax takes her hand. Brenda, your hopes and dreams will come true and I will help you do anything you want. Brenda: Thank you, but you know I�m going to tell you I don�t need your help. Jax laughs. Jax: You never did. Brenda looks at him and smiles. Jax stands. I�m going to go get you a sweater. She looks back out at the ocean and smiles. Tracy�s Home Tracy walks out of a room carrying a tray full of vials. Tracy: This is all you need Luke. Luke stares at them. He picks one up and fingers it. Luke: This will bring everything back? Tracy nods Tracy: All the memories at least. Luke: No, dear that wasn�t our deal I want everything. Tracy: Well I can�t help you with love. That�s found in the heart and nothing can make a person fall in love with someone else. Luke: Somehow Helena was able to make my son fall out of love with Elizabeth. Tracy: By forgetting memories, one may forget their love. It just need time to get that back. Luke stares at her for a moment. Luke: What do you know about love anyways? He laughs. Chloe takes off her glasses and lays it on the table next to her notebook. She walks over to the door and opens it. Ned is there. Chloe: Ned! They hug. Come on in! She motions with a smile. Chloe: Yeah I�ve been getting that a lot in the past few weeks from you, Alexis, Edward, Emily, you name it, I�ve seen them. Ned: Except Jax? Chloe sighs. Chloe: We decided he should try to patch things up with Brenda first. She was his first love. Now that Luke�s brought back those vials, Brenda will be herself in no time. Ned: Did you or he decide this? Chloe: It was mutual. She walks over to the couch and sits down. I�ve had feelings for Jax since I met him and nothing�s going to erase that but he needs a chance with Brenda. You, yourself, believe that they are right for each other don�t you? Ned chuckles. Ned: Actually I didn�t want Brenda with Jax or Sonny, more so Sonny though. Brenda was like my little sister and I felt I must protect her. To me, both men were the worst I had ever met. Which of course was surprising that time that Alexis and I were even able to work together. Chloe nods sympathetically. So what are these designs for? Chloe: Most are for the holiday season. It�s November first and my company is needing come holiday outfits. Ned walks over and sits next to her. Ned: Let me see. She flips open to a page. Ned picks it up and stares at it. You always did have a knack for this. Wow Chloe this is beautiful. Chloe: It�s the surprise I�m making for Alexis, don�t tell her. Ned raises three fingers in the air. Ned: Scouts honor. Chloe looks down at the design and back at the door. Chloe: (softly) Will do? She presses her lips together and sits back on the couch. She picks up her pen, sighing. General Hospital Frisco�s Room Tony: Well I�ve had these checked out and they don�t seem poisonous. Luke watches him carefully. Frisco, it�s entirely your decision, but I can�t promise you anything. Frisco glances at his family. Georgie: Daddy, I want you to be back to being my Daddy. Frisco looks at her and smiles. Frisco: I have to Tony. Let�s do it. Tony nods. Bobbie: Well the IV�s all ready. Marie�s keeping me on my feet, I think Ned and I need to have a talk about what to do about her. As usual my clients are keeping me busy. Monica: Well it�s good to be busy. Alexis smiles. Alexis: It is. I�m tired a lot too, probably because I haven�t gotten a chance to sit down since getting back from Russia. Monica: Did Tony do a good job untaping the ribs? Alexis: Yes, I don�t feel any pain at all actually. Monica: Well that�s good. The few weeks since coming back from Russia have allowed them to heal well. Alexis: Monica I wish you would just tell me what I�m doing here, I�m starting to be a little nervous. Monica smiles. Monica: When you came to see Tony last, do you remember him doing a few blood tests? Alexis sighs and thinks. Alexis: I think he took a little blood. Am I anemic, because I�ve been told that before? I just like to keep myself so busy but it does get stressful sometimes. Monica: He asked me to give the results to you. One of the tests was a pregnancy test. Alexis, it came back positive. Alexis stares at her for a moment. Alexis: You mean I�m pregnant? Monica nods. Alexis raises her eyebrows. Maybe you should check that again, because I can�t be. Monica: You can�t? Alexis: Yes I understand. Alexis stands. Monica: Take a little time and think things through. She walks back over to Alexis handing her a lot of papers. Here�s some to start you with. She hands Alexis a few little boxes. Alexis puts them in her briefcase, which she is holding tightly. And you�re going to have to stop stressing out. Alexis: Is it that easy? Monica shrugs. GH Children�s Playroom Olivia is playing with Brooke and Lulu. Nikolas walks in. Nikolas: Hey Olivia. Job working out okay? Olivia glances over and smiles. She stands and walks over to him. Olivia: Hey Nikolas. The job at Club 101 is great. I get to have fun, make money and see Zander all at the same time. Nikolas: You and Zander are still together? Olivia nods. Jason smiles and waves. You two look like you�re having fun. The door opens and Lois and Brooke walk in. Lois: Brrrrr, it�s cold! She and Brooke stamp off a little snow. Oooh November�s going to be a cold one! Brooke: What�s that smell? Kristina: It�s paint, sorry Brooke. We�re going to try to have it done before Thanksgiving. Lois: Oh that would be lovely. She smiles as she hangs up her coat. Brooke darlin, give Mama your coat. Brooke takes off her coat staring at Kristina and Jason. I have news everyone. Jason: What�s up Lois? Lois: December first. Jerry and I are going to get married on December first, so mark your calendars! Kristina: Wow, that�s soon. When on earth am I going to plan a bachelorette party? Lois: Not necessary at all. We�re going to have a really big Thanksgiving and then get married. The weddings going to be big enough as it is anyways. Carly: Jerry called. He said the church is booked, reception is set all you need to get are your dress and the bridesmaid dresses and the flowers. Lois: Oh just that? She smiles. Well let�s see. Hopefully Brenda, Kristina, Alexis and Emily will all be ready to go shopping this weekend. Kristina glances back down at the paint. Carly glances over. Kristina: Did you ever ask Alexis? Lois glances at Kristina and Jason and smiles. Lois: Come on Brookie, let�s see if we can make some cookies or mess up the kitchen big time, whichever come first. Kristina laughs. Kristina turns to run as Jason paints a stripe across his back. Laughing Kristina turns to get more paint, but Jason grabs her and they fall to the floor. They look into each other�s eyes for a moment as Jason moves a piece of hair off her face. He leans in and they kiss. Kristina: Do you think that�s going to get you off the hook? Jason nods. The Gatehouse Alexis looks through the window before she walks in the house. Luke and Ned are standing in the middle of the living room waving their hands about wildly. She sighs and opens the door. Alexis throws up her hands in exasperation and turns back to the desk, fingering her briefcase lightly. Ned: I�ll stop over there soon. Also I�ll see what I can do about hearing Lucky. Luke: Thanks. They walks over to the door. See ya later Hot Lips! Alexis turns and gives him a dirty look. She walks over to the couch and lies down. He watches her for a moment. Well then, keep in touch. Ned nods. Ned: I�ll do that. Luke leaves and Ned closes the door. He turns around and sees Alexis lying on the couch, staring up at the ceiling with her arm over her face. Sorry about that, I had hoped that he would say his piece and leave. Alexis doesn�t respond. Anyways� Where were you? Alexis is still silent. Ned looks concerned. He walks over behind the couch and leans over. Alexis? Alexis: Hmmm? Ned: What�s wrong? She takes her arm off her face and stares up at him. Hmmm? Alexis: I went to General Hospital. Ned: To do what? Is Brenda okay? Did she take the stuff Luke brought? Alexis: Yes I think so. I actually saw your aunt. Ned: Monica? Alexis nods. She puts her hands over her stomach thinking. What did she have to say? Alexis: She wanted to know how everything was going and whether I was in any pain. Ned walks over and squats next to her face. She doesn�t turn to face him. He touches her hair lightly. Ned: Is that all? Alexis thinks for a moment and then shakes her head. Alexis are you all right? Alexis presses her lips together. Alexis: I�m fine Ned. Monica said that when Tony took my blood last time they ran a variety of tests. She is afraid to look at him and bites her lip. Ned: Alexis, you�re worrying me. She reaches for his hand and he takes it. Alexis: The pregnancy test came back positive. Ned looks shocked for a moment. Ned: A baby? Alexis nods slowly. Ned smiles. Alexis that�s wonderful news! Alexis: It is? Ned nods stroking her hair. Ned: It is to me! Why is it bad for you? Alexis: First there�s Marie. Then there are our families to think about. I mean we�re not even married and I don�t want to� Ned: You don�t want the child to be a bastard like us. Alexis nods, biting her lower lip. Alexis you need to forget about how it matters to our families. Think about us. Forget about whether or not you think you can be a good mother, because I know you can. Do you want to have this baby? Alexis looks over at Ned. Alexis: I think I do. Ned: That�s a start. He smiles causing her to smile as well. He leans in and kisses her. This is wonderful news. He reaches over and puts his hand on her abdomen. We have our own little prince or princess right in here. She reaches over and covers his hand with hers. Alexis: I can�t believe I�m hearing this. She smiles. I can�t believe its happening. Ned touches her face with his other hand. Ned: You better believe it because it is. He leans in and kisses her again. I love you Alexis.
