The day of the Nurses Ball. Alexis and Brooke arrive to talk to Lucy for a minute. Elton is Lucy�s dresser. Elton hasn�t spoken to Ned or Alexis since his run in with Alexis at Sonny�s penthouse.

�Hi Amy. Is Lucy around?� Alexis asked the nurse.

�Unfortunatly, yes.� Amy said sighing and rolling her eyes.

Alexis laughed and Brooke giggled.

�I just need to speak to her for a minute about out act.� She said squeezing Brooke�s hand.

Amy smiles slightly at Brooke.

�Come on.� She says motioning for them to follow her. Alexis takes Brooke�s hand and they follow Amy into Lucy�s dressing room where she and Elton are going over the evening�s dresses.

Elton looks shocked to see Alexis but then changes his expression as if he doesn�t care.

�Hi Lucy. Elton.� Alexis said smiling.

�Lucy, I just wanted to check and see if our costumes are here for our number.� Alexis told her, although she could see Lucy was frantic with concern for the Nurses Ball.

�Well, let�s see. What number are you doing again?� Lucy asked smiling at Brooke.

�Good Vibrations.� Brooke piped up.

Lucy goes down her list with a pencil and stops at one spot to check.

�Yes, according to my list it�s here, but why don�t I go ask Amy to check in the costumes just to make sure.� Lucy told them.

�Okay.� Alexis said and sat down in a chair to rest.

�Ms. Davis.� Elton said coldly.

�Elton, would you like to enlighten me as to why you are treating me as if I am a killer and going to attack you at any given moment?� Alexis asked curiously.

�I think you know. You ruined my career.� Elton started to shout.

�Elton-�

�If you had just been able to drag yourselfe down the asile-�

�Everything would be all dandy and we wouldn�t have to worry about it-�

Lucy and Amy enter but stop when they here Elton yelling at Alexis.

�You would be a happily married woman and my career would have been saved-�

�Elton!�

�But instead I am stuck being a secretary or a dresser instead of a successful wedding planner and-�

�ELTON!� Lucy, Amy and Alexis all shout at once.

�What?!� he whinned.

�Elton, Ned and I did get married.� Alexis told him holding up her ring finger. �And we are expecting.� She said pointing to her stomach, to which she was showing quite a bit by now.

�You did? You are? Oh-well Congratialation!� Elton said embarassed and not sure what to say.

Elton then waltzed out of the room in search of something else and left Alexis, Amy and Lucy shaking their heads at the unusal character.

�He�s something else.� Amy said laughing.

�He�s worse than Lucy!� Alexis said.

�Hey!� Lucy said jokingly.

�Alexis, the costumes are there.� Amy told her.

�Okay thanks.� Alexis told them.

Amy and Lucy helped her up and Alexis took Brooke�s hand and they headed back to the Gatehouse, only to find no one there. Only a note on the front door that read:

�Okay Ned, what are you up to now?� she asked herself outloud but she took Brooke and the note and headed out to the address that he had told her of.

When Alexis and Brooke arrived at 34 Pine Lake Road they cam upon a victorian style house with only one floor and a garden and Alexis detected a swing set in the back. She reconized Ned�s car and Jax�s car parked out front. She turned the car off and went around the car to retrive Brooke and then walked up to the front door and knocked.

Alexis walked up to the front door and knocked

The door swung open and Ned revealed himself.

�Hey beautiful.� He said and kissed her cheek and took Brooke inside.

�Okay, Ned what�s going on?� she asked questioning her husband.

�You know, Alexis you don�t have to knock at your own house.� Ned told her shaking his finger.

�Ned, it�s only polite to-� she stopped mid sentence realizing what he had said.

�My house? Our house?� she asked carefully. �This is really our house?� she asked him.

Ned nodded a smile creeping onto his face.

�I saw it and I simply fell in love with it. Besides, I knew you didn�t like living at the Gatehouse with all the ghosts in their.� Ned told her.

Alexis looked dumb founded.

�You like it?� Ned asked her.

�I love it. I love you.� She told him kissing him fully on the lips, not noticing that everyone else was in the room watching.

�Uh, honey.� Ned said breaking apart and turning her so she was facing everyone.

�Oh, hi!� she greeted everyone and everyone greeted her back.

�What about all of our stuff Ned?� Alexis asked.

�Already had it moved here.� He told her.

�Oh you are so wonderful. How did I get so lucky?� she said.

�I think the question is how did I get so lucky?� Ned said in response.

Alexis smiled at him.

Ned and Alexis� victorian house. Late in the afternoon.

People at the house are Ned, Alexis, Brooke, Chloe, Stefan, V, Simon, Jax, Brenda, Bobbie and Jerry. Everyone except for Brooke is holding champage and toasting one another.

�To friends and family.� Jax said.

�To friends and family.� Everyone else said and liften their glasses and toasted one another.

Everyone is dressed in Nurses Ball attire. Alexis is wearing a purple spagetti strap dress with a shall. Her hair is piled on top of her head in curls. Brooke is wearing a short sleaved, long pink dress and her hair is done as it was for their non-wedding. Chloe is dressed in a dress that crosses in the back, burgendy color and her hair is down in curls. V is dressed in a white spagetti strap dress that has many sheer layers and her hair is down, crimpped. Brenda wears a simple black sleaveless dress with white opera gloves. Bobbie is dressed in an electric blue capped sleave dress that is very long and goes to the floor she also wears white gloves, but not opera gloves. All the men wear tuxes and everyone is wearing the red AIDS ribbon, even Brooke.

Ned, Brooke on Alexis� lap, Bobbie, Jerry, Jax, Brenda, Stefan, Chloe sit at a table in that order.

Brenda and Jax do a number to a song from the Adams� Family, and Bobbie and Luke do a number to a Brintney Spears song, which Alexis found herself laughing all the way through Luke singing to Britney Spears. And all the kids, Zander, Emily, Liz, Lucky, Nikolas, and Gia did a number to California Girls.

Broke, Alexis and Ned went back stage to change into their costumes. Alexis wore a pink top and kaki shorts. She wasn�t showing too much that she didn�t look okay. Ned wore a tight white t-shirt and tan capris. Best of all was Brooke who wore a blue sundress and sunglasses and they all did.

Ned, Alexis and Brooke did their song and dance number, Alexis looking confused and trying very hard to do it right but still stumbling. However, despite that it seemed to be everyone�s favorite performance.
