CHAPTER ONE �L&B Studio.� �Hey Emily what brings you by?� Ned asked as he walked into the building. �I haven�t seen you in a while?� Emily was sitting on the couch with her legs underneath her reading a book. She looked up at Ned and smiled. �I know it�s just that��.� �Just what?� Ned asked as she looked down. He walked over to her and sat down next to her. �Em is everything okay? Is grandfather on your case about you dating Juan again?� Emily just shook her head no. � Is it Junior has he done something to upset you?� Emily shook her head again. �Sweetheart I can�t help you if you don�t tell me what�s wrong.� Emily looked up at Ned and began to cry she threw her arms around him as he held her tight. �Juan and I broke up.� She finally whispered in his ear. �I�m sorry Emily, do you want to talk about it?� Ned asked as she let go of him. Ned handed her a tissue as she wiped away her tears. �Not really, if you don�t mind.� �Good morning everyone.� A very chipper Nikolas said as he walked through the door. �Good morning to you too.� Ned replied as he smiled at Emily and stood up. �You�re late.� Em replied. �Actually I have some good news.� Nikolas stated. �What�s that?� Ned asked �Well I just happen to have two tickets to a sold out concert that I know my best friend really wanted to go to.� Nik replied as he waved them in Em� face. �Oh my god how did you mange to get these.� Emily screamed as she took the tickets from him and forgot all about Juan. �Young love.� Ned said as he shook his head. �Em I don�t suppose you know if Alexis is in yet?� Emily was so excited about the tickets that she didn�t even hear Ned. �Nikolas this is so great.� Em�s face suddenly dropped. �What?� Nick asked shocked by her facial change. �You do plan on taking me right?� Em asked. �You know what maybe I�ll just check her office.� Ned replied as he left. Although he doesn�t know why since nobody remembered he was there anyway. Nikolas walked over to the other side of the room. �Actually I got them for you and Liz.� �Liz has plans with Lucky tonight.� Em said as she walked over to him and grabbed his arm. �Besides you bought the tickets the least you could do is take me.� �The least I could do?� He yelled. �I thought the least I could do was make you forget about what�s his face and get you those tickets. Do you have any idea how hard it was to get them and front and center as well.� They�re front row tickets.� Emily screeched as she jumped up and down. �That�s it your taking me and I won�t take no for an answer.� She said as she kissed his check and ran out the door. Nikolas threw his arms up in utter defeat. �Try to do something nice for someone and look what happens, you get stuck seeing a bunch of maniacs up on stage pretending to sing.� Emily popped her head back in the door. �Oh yea pick me up at the house at 6:00 and don�t be late.� ~*~ Meanwhile Ned went up to see if Alexis was in his office. �We need to talk.� Ned said seriously as he closed the door behind him. Alexis looked up from her desk and gave him a puzzled look. �Did I do something wrong?� �Yes as a matter of fact you did.� He stated with a blank face. �Okay.� Alexis replied not sure what he was talking about. She threw her pen down on the desk before getting up and walking over to the front of it. �Should I say I�m sorry?� �First things first.� He said as he grabbed her and gave her a kiss good morning. Alexis broke the kiss and laughed. �I thought you were mad at me.� Ned placed his hand on her cheek and looked deep into her eyes. �No just very hurt.� Alexis looked in his eyes but couldn�t tell what he was talking about. �Want to tell me what I did to hurt you?� Ned pulled her close and whispered in her ear. �You weren�t in bed next to me when I woke up.� He pushed her back. �Now I distinctly recall you being there when I feel a sleep but for some reason when I rolled over you were no where to be found.� �I�m sorry.� She replied as she kissed him lightly. �I�d like to make it up to you.� She added while her lips were still teasing his. �Right here?� he asked �Right now.� Ned couldn�t take her teasing anymore so he pulled her closer and kissed her deeply. She placed her hands under his shirt and rubbed his back as he undid the buttons on her blouse. Slowly she brought her hands in front of him and began unbuckling his pants. Ned ripped her blouse from her body and trailed kisses down her arm. His hands made their way to the front of her as she bites his neck, he took his hands and grabbed her breast. Ned could feel her nipples getting hard under her bra so he looked up at her and careful undid her bra throwing it to the floor. Alexis smiled as Ned cleared a spot on her desk and lifted her up on it. She sat there and continued to smile at him as he stuck out his tongue and brought it down towards her nipple. He loved to tease her and she knew it. Heck she loved to tease him just as much. She took her hands and ran them threw his hair as he gently licked her nipple before taking it in his teeth and gently biting it. Alexis brought her legs up and placed them on the top of his pants pushing them down his legs. Ned pulled her into a kiss as his hands made their way up her thigh. Ned broke the kiss and pulled back and laughed. �What no underwear?� He asked as she grabbed him and laughed as well. ***EDITED OUT*** After spending most of the morning making love to one another Ned and Alexis just lye there breathless and motionless. About ten minutes later Ned who was enjoying having his back rubbed by Alexis spoke. �You know we could have done this, this morning if you would have stayed in bed.� �Ya but then I�d be just getting to work and I wouldn�t be feeling the feeling I�m feeling right now.� Ned looked up at her and rolled over. �You know Miss. Davis I kinda like this office of yours.� Alexis rolled her body half way on his and brought her lips to his. �I don�t think we spend nearly enough time in here.� �Neither do I.� Ned replied as he pulled her into a kiss while pulling the blanket out from under them and placing it over their heads. |
