Below are a few steps that can help you make a paintball team. |

|
First you want to get the players on your team. When picking players make sure they have at least a semi-automatic gun. Make sure your team will be able to work together. Even the best of friends could stink when playing together at paintball. Make sure their are no problems between members of your team. A team needs to move as one and you cant do that with bickering. Once you choosen 7-10 players continue onto the next step. |

Next you need to get jerseys. Their are two ways you can to this. One if your rich, then you can customize jerseys online. If your team is not that rich then just buy a bunch of black shirts and customize them yourself. DO not skip this step. No team can be recognized without a jersey (O yeah and you better have a team name). Once you get your jerseys continue to the next step. |

Now is the fun part. For the next month or two go to paintball fields every weekend. Wear your jerseys and make sure the whole team can come. Enter everything you can, Tournaments, Scneario games, Walk-ons, everything. After a while if your good enough players and refs alike will start to notice your and maybe start to respect and recognize you. If your sure youve done good at this stepp then continue on. If not repeat this step. |

Now this step is the hardest. You need to get sponsers. Its best to get 3 sponsers and split up what you pay for. First your paint sponser. For this youll need to get a big company cause its gonna cost at least $400. Then get a co2 sponser. This can be a smaller place like a dentist office. This cost about $100. Then get a sponser for upgrades to your guns. This is about $200 so get a medium size company to sponser. Now you dont need them to sponser the whole thing maybe just half of the payments. Once you finish this step enjoy paintballing cause success will be coming with it. |
