In the console (TAB) all codes are written. Just like in Quake
2. Except the console in Half-Life has to be activated when you
start the game. This is how you can do this:
You make a shortcut of HL.EXE, and then add '-dev -toconsole' to
the command line. Start Half-Life with this shortcut. Good luck!
/GOD - god mode.
/NOCLIP - walk through walls/fly.
/MAP xxxx - go to map xxxx. Here's the maplist:
(a few other standard Quake 2 codes may also work!)

impulse 101 gives you all guns and ammo. try to type some times.
for some it should work.
In Half-Life, if you want to scope with any weapon, here's what
you can do. 1. Save the game using F62. Pull out your crossbow,
and scope in on something using the key.3. Hit F7 to load your
old game and any weapon you choose from then on will be in "scope
mode"! (IF you want to go back to normal, go to your
crossbow and hit scope twice and it should return back to normal.)This
worked on version 1.0.0.9 so Im sure it will work with any other
version.
When using the crosbow on the sniper mode when you die a glich
may appear that allows you to use all weapons as snipe mode.Unfortianatly
it is near imposible to get out of the snipe mode when it is done.
More scope bugs:
If you want to get past those pesky laser mines and you have the
crossbow just zoom in on something in the distance and you can
just walk staight through them! (it seems alot of cheats are
possible because of valves shoddy programming on the zoom
function)
laser mines are great against frustrating enemies like assassins
which are to fast to hit with aimed weapons.
When you rappidly fire at an enemies with the mouse, try clicking
the left most button on the mouse and your gun should have a
secondary fire mode wich will make more damage or it will fire
your weapon faster [depending on the weapon] not every weapon has
a secondary fire mode. If you use the key board to fire, the
butten above the enter butten sould do the same as the left
butten on the mouse.
If you see a grunt gun emplacement, most of the time if you get
close behind it [not too close] push the use key you are able to
fire the gun with infinite ammo.
If you see a live scientist he won't be help in killing enemies
but ask him to help any way, when an enemie comes they most of
the time go after the scientist first so you have a chance to get
it before it gets you. If it's a big alien it will get you both
at the same time. The scientist is also good at tripping mines,
shoot him in the foot [not to kill him] and he will run away from
you scared. If you fallow him, at a certain point he will turn
around and go back the other way and trip the mine.
Turrets are good if you know how to use them. When you see an
aliens and a turret hid in a safe spot and see it kill the ailens,
when there all dead it will go after you.
If you see grunts and ailens baddle hide and enjoy the show. When
they're done kill what is left.
If your low on life walk up to a scientist [30 points or under]
push the use key and he will give you extra life.
If you see a soad machine walk up and push the use key and you
will get one point of life. [rember there is more than one button]
If you think there could be an enemie hidding, point the aim
thing at a suspicus spot, if it turns red that's an enemie hiding
or something you don't want to see or deal with. [This only works
on easy or medium skill]
Securety guards are trigger-happy and never miss a shot, so if
you see one go up a push your use key untill he says something
like "sure I'll follow you."
He will help kill what moves.
If you see a zombie you can kill it with a crowbar, run up and
hit him about four times run backwards he will swipe his armes
then run back and do it again. If you do it right you should
recive no damage.
