Drill Team

The Drill Team competes in many competitions through out the year. Their competitions include Armed drill, unarmed drill, and Personnel inspection. There the cadet learns the basics of drill and gets his or her first experience in parades and competitions.

As we have reached the halfway point of the 2001-2002 year, we have competed in various drill meets. Throughout these meets, we have brought home a 3rd place trophy for Armed Squad Exhibition, 3rd place in Unarmed Squad , and another 3rd place trophy in Unarmed Squad. We have also brought home as a whole nearly ten different knockout medals which proves that we have some of the best cadets in this program today. Drill Meets we have participated in include Cape Fear, Hilton Head, Mullins, Conway, and North Charleston. Some of the drill meets we are scheduled for next semester include Hoggard, West Ashley, Walterboro, and of course the second annual Seahawk drill meet.
