NASCAR Including COT This is
a NO magnet four week series for points. Three
scores will count toward your final score allowing you to either miss one week
or drop your lowest score. Allowed
are ANY modern (after 1995) NASCAR from Scalextric, SCX (not PRO!) or
Carrera with traction magnet removed, weights allowed, stock motor, silicones on
stock rims.
October 11, 25, November 1-8 (closed October 18)
Ninco Go Karts This is NOT an
IROC class. You bring your kart with
either stock tires or silicones. All
else stock. Regular or Super Karts.
Three scores will count.
November 15-22-29
December 6 True 1960s Vintage
racers limited to: Monogram, Cox, Revell, K&B/Aurora, Marx, Strombecker,
Eldon, Atlas , no Riggen 1/32 this night as they have their own race).
The rules are simple, only true vintage cars (complete as possible, NO
modern bodies, no cutting, lowering etc) No magnets, no weights, home or track
chassis, home motors only and skinny tires, maximum width Ό .
There are limited number of silicone
replacement tires (only) available for these cars and they will be allowed
in the true vintage class. Three scores will count.
December -13-20-27, January 3- Carrera American Street Cars Carrera made dozens of them over
the years, Thunderbirds, Corvettes, GTOs, Camaros (vintage and new), Mustangs
and on and on. They came with one
magnet or two, various guide flags, many different tires.
To even them out you may add a second official rear magnet and holder to
the one magnet cars, use stock tires since silicones are not available for all
cars, modify the stock guide or
replace it, tires may be sanded but car must have 1/32 at lowest point,
magnets may have only one official Carrera shim on rear magnet only.
REMINDERS:
No liquids of any kind (oils, comm. drops, tire preps, sodas or what
ever) are allowed at the track at race time.
(No drinks in the store anytime) Maximum
wheel width includes wheel AND tires. The
