| A Risk Management Program (RMP) becomes necessary when considering the construction and maintenance of buried infrastructure. Concise communication between the facility owners regulators, facility locating entities, and excavators is critical from the planning and design phasses of the proposed construction through the excavation and re-mediation of the construction site. This RMP focuses on the facility locating entities' role in the construction process, and the utilization of advanced technologies that affect current and future best practices in the field. |

| The CEU Programs are run through Catherine Carver's company, Locate US. The program is designed to your specifications and is generally held at the company location. An average workshop will last three days to include both field and classroom training. The Staking University Syllabus is used for content and all national standards recognized by the industry are considered in the training program. It is important to remember as you consider a training workshop for your company, to first have an individual skilled in teaching and second, that they are a third-party evaluator, meaning that the company providing the training does not make a profit from the buying, selling, or manufacturing of equipment or facility components. | Often times miscommunication can leave a worker and a community paralyzed under the debris of a gas line explosion or serious flood when these systems are damaged during excavation. With the fast changes in technology, some of the communication problems can be improved by implementing software that directly links the employer with the job site. But there is still the need to train and retrain skilled technicians locating in the field for optimal damage prevention intervention. |
