Sign Up Procedures

Sign-Up Window: February 15- March 1, 2009
Please follow the directions below
1] Please review the NJCO guidelines prior to signing up for events.
2] email the following information to [email protected] in
the text of the e-mail
(DO NOT SEND ATTACHMENTS)
- Name of school
- Name of coach
- A single LIST of names of students (DO NOT SEND ATTACHMENTS)
- List Event Numbers and requested time slot (DO NOT SEND ATTACHMENTS)
- Size of polo shirt for coach (Men's S, M, L, XL, XXL)
- Size of t-shirt for students -- list total number of each size
required (Men's S, M, L, XL, XXL)
- (DO NOT SEND ATTACHMENTS)
3] If you are sending two teams, please submit separate emails.
Include the above information in the body of the email
message -- DO NOT send attachments.
Sign
Up is by email only. Sign-up for a particular time slot will be accepted on a
first-come-first-served basis. If necessary, schools may sign-up for events as
late as March 1(the registration deadline), however, Event Sign-Up and
Team Declaration must be submitted simultaneously.
