Collecting Info!!!

OK - it's been 4 months since most of us were able to get together, and while there must be some small gatherings between a few of us every now and then, I guess it should be about time we plan the next one, isn't it? And that's the wonder of the Internet... no longer do we have to message everybody else on our mobile phones just to see who's going or not - all we have to do is use this form and collect information as to what to do the next time we do gather... so here you go!
