Crunchy Tuna Salad Courtesy of eDiets Serving Size: 1 1/2 celery stalk 1/2 bell pepper 6 cherry tomatoes 2 cups mixed salad greens 4.5 oz. water-packed canned tuna 3 tbsp. lowfat or nonfat salad dressing Chop celery and pepper and quarter cherry tomatoes. Rinse and spin dry or pat dry salad greens -- chop or tear into small pieces. In medium bowl, combine vegetables with drained and flaked tuna, toss with dressing and serve.
