Watch the PBS
Frontline video series to compose an intelligent summary of the world
around you. Read about a real
strategist working behind the scenes
or watch the PBS special on
Donald Rumsfeld, it's a little outdated now but still worth a look. Bob
Woodward makes an appearance in this PBS special, I highly suggest reading
Bob Woodward's account of events leading up to the removal of the Saddam Hussein
regime in
"Plan of Attack". Great book, quick read.

Michael
Moore continues to prey on the gullibility of a naive populace by selling his
distorted
screenplay account of historical events as fundamental truth. If you are
dismayed by this obvious fabrication, then I think you may find the links on
this page a helpful resource in sorting out facts from the creative blend of
visual and narrative sound bites. Mr. Moore has the same cult following in North American and Europe that Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf did in the Arab world. It is sadly amusing how easily people are convinced into believing fabricated tales, only to wake up to find the miserable truth that you have been snookered by another snake-oil sales man. Oops - brain cramp - enjoy entertainment; just recognize it as
such. This link is specifically for those folks who are still foolishly under
the impression that Michigan's
poster boy is some type of foreboding messiah of truth.
Temperature that the brain begins to die 41.11 degrees Celsius
And if that's not enough to convince you not to buy into Moore's paranoid ideation then read Moore Exposed.
Filter the everyday Spin
we are over exposed to via the corporate media.
View the PBS Frontline special on the House of Saud for an intellectual summary of the family in charge of the vast Saudi Arabian Kingdom.
Read "Letter
to my sons", a quick overview of historical events for those of us
who may have slept during class.
Like
all things in life, these pages are under the scrutiny of constantly being updated
and reconstructed. Return regularly to check for additional links, in what seems
as a futile attempt, to help those who are easily swayed by popular opinion
to see through all the smoke and mirrors. Remember, understanding the
history of the world helps in the overall comprehension of the current chaos.
Reading it will save you the embarrassment of being enlisted into the cluster
of babbling buffoons. Enjoy entertainment; just recognize it as such.
One should refrain from bashing another without a fair bit
of explanation; justified by a good deal of supportive evidence. Otherwise,
it becomes just a different pile of the same nonsense laid along the endless
wasteland of garbled chatter. -hEhAw
