Nitzie's house is a cute, cottage like affair. Though big enough to fit a human or an elf, the door handles are all set at a level more appropriate for a hobbit, as is the furniture, with the exeption of one special 'big person' chair. The front garden is presently somewhat bare, though two flowerbeds have been dug either side of the door way, which should soon be sprouting plants and flowers.

Upon entering the door, one finds oneself in a good sized room which serves as workspace, kitchen and sitting room. A low table with two three-legged stools sits in the middle of the space, a large hearth dominates the back wall, and the ceiling is hung with all sorts of delectable herbs and smoked meats. Nitzie reaches these via a small loft and a network of wide roofbeams which are reached via a ladder to the left. There is a cupboard on the right, and a fat, cushy chair sits to the left of the hearth.

Just to the right of the hearth, a colourful curtain made of coloured wooden and glass beads, shells, bells and all sorts of other oddments hangs from the lintel of a doorway. It leads to Nitzie's sleeping quarters, which involve a low bed and a small bedside table, and little else. Indeed, the room wouldn't fit much else.

Back in the main room, there is another door to the left of the hearth - this one leads to a room with only a hobbit-sized desk and chair inside. Once, it was Nitzie's uncle's office, but the hobbit maid is yet to find any real use for it.
