Well, I know it has been a while, and I have been neglecting ym site, but can you blame me? I have a month left in school, and it is spring time!! The cherry blossom trees are blossoming the baby bunnies are cute, and the skies are so blue they can make you happy again. I mean, what could cheer one up faster then going outside and seeing a pure blue sky and cute little bunnies (winning a lottery of any kind is excluded), but life's simple joys are so wonderful, how can anyone not take pleasures in life's simplicities?
Well, here's some revolutionary new news! My dear friend from elementry school (grade 5) when we lived in ontario, moved away, and then we moved too, and low and behold, guess what?? He's in my english class!! WHAT A FREAKIN' SMALL WORLD! I mena, not only are we going to the same uni, but in the same class!! WOW! Okay, so he was more my brother's friend then mine, but we still hung out a lot, we had tons of fun, climbing on the roof of the hotel, playing video games, baking cakes (okay, decorating them and eating ourselves sick with icing), all those wonderful things :)
Well, what other new revelations have I got to share with you guys?? Not much, except I don't look forward to going back home.. please don't misunderstand, but I am adjusted to life on my own, and I particulary enjoy it, it is a step in my life that I have been ready to take for a long time, and I guess I am reluctant to give it up, I mean, if it was that big of a deal, I'm sure I could ave signed up to take school in the sumemr semester, but I'm not going to, I need to go home and work,s o I can pay for next year, plus I will enjoy being able to see my family again... mebbe if I can get a place of my own, comprimising the two situations, that'd be kewl.
I cleaned my room today, it seems that I eternally have stuff building up, but I enjoy cleaning my room, it's mine, all mine, and I resepct my personal living space, and keep it in a condition I find comfortable to live in (except for those evenings when I am up to my elboes in hmwrk, and have papers spread across my room, looking for formulas, etc etc, but that doesn't remain for long).
They also changed the laundry machines to take 5 quarters instead of a looney and a quarteer.. what a pain in the ass, I'll have a big ass basket of laundry and another one of equal size filled with quarters to do my damn laundry.
Some friends asked me to get an apartment with them next year rather then living on campus *laughs* I don't know if they'd seriously wanna live with me, but it's soemthing kewl to consider, and it makes me feel happy to have been asked :)
