H3:
75% KClO3
25% charcoal
-Is made by taking finely powdered KClO3 and and mixing with finely powdered charcoal by some method such as the diapering method but not by ball mill. Should work in applications that BP works in but a bit more powerful. It can be caused to spontaneously ignite with a few drops of H2SO4 because it contains chlorate. Also must not be used with sulfur containing compositions for similar reasons.
