Developing *Compassion* has given me a sense of peace within myself by taking the attention off all the little things that most of us take too seriously. It involves your willingness to put yourself in someone else's shoes, to take the focus off yourself, and to imagine what's it's like to be them, and amazingly, to feel love for that person.
I am a passionate, romantic, and spiritual person and I seek out those people to share in my joy of life. Being a true optimist at heart, I always look to put a smile on someone's face, just because I can.
