We use the information obtained from you lawfully under the Data Protection Act 1998. We follow
secure procedures and guidelines with regards to any disclosure of your information without your consent. We want to provide better service beyond expectaions, and to process your order in an efficient and timely manner. When buying anything from our website, the purchase is automatically integrated into our system and you will automatically be receiving special offers through e-mail. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, you may contact us at anytime to discontinue the special offers and we will delete you from our mailing list. If you, for any reason, would like to view our information feel free to contact us.
Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guarateed. If for any reason you recieve any faulty or damaged products we must be notified within 3 business days of your recieving the product and we will conglomerate to either replace the order or give you a refund.
Distribution
We contract out a courier company to deliver our products. The time of deliveries will be between the hours of 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Monday through Saturday. If for any reason you want a next day delivery, there is a cut-off time on the previous day of 4:00pm. If you order on a Saturday for a next day delivery, the product/s will be delivered that Monday. If no-one is available to accept delivery, a notice will be left by the courier. If the courier is not notified by the next business day for a redelivery or if there is no successful delivery, a charge of $10 will be incurred to you. Our distribution contractor deliver to the address that is given them, it is your responsibility to confirm that any and all pertinent information is up to date and accurate.
