Time To Make THEM Listen!!!
Entergy has apparently made up their minds up to this point that after all the power failures that we have had, we still don't deserve the attention needed to end this problem. The big guys have been content with us sitting around dialing 1-800-9-OUTAGE and hoping to get through before our phones died on us. Maybe there is a better way, we'll at least try to find out now. Since the home telephone numbers that belong to most of the Board of Directors and Executive Staff are available online if you search, I think it is past time that they are allowed to sleep easy while we go without. So... let's call them at home WHENEVER the power goes out on us. Let them know that you are losing business, food, or just tired of paying ridiculous energy rates when you can't even get constant service!  Why should they rest easy knowing their bank accounts are growing while our's may be emptying. They aren't being forced to go without electricity, and they definitely aren't missing out on work. Let's remind them of this as much as possible!
