ACLU sues county over sex offender restrictions

The ACLU has filed a lawsuit over sex websites Allegheny County's restrictions lesbain sex on where registered sex offenders are allowed to live.
The American Civil Liberties Union says that the county's ordinance, passed last October, "not only violates sex offenders' constitutional right against increased after-the-fact punishment and other federal and state laws, but that it interferes with Pennsylvania's carefully constructed system for tracking and supervising sex offenders and undermines public safety." A Crayton Middle School math teacher is charged with having sex with a 15-year-old Bishopville free oral sex videosgirl whom authorities said he met on a social networking site and communicated with through text messages. Bond was set at $100,000 Thursday for Mark Edward Craft, 47, after his arrest Wednesday at his St. Andrews apartment, where police said kids having sex the incident occurred.
