When she got it:This power was Pipers first power and gained it in the episode "Something wicca this way comes".
How it works:This power at first was belived to slow down time to a point where a person or room was motionless,Now it has become clear that when piper slows down a object or area they dont move at all.
How to activated it:At first piper had to panic and put her arms out but nows she knows how to control when she does it and stop it.She can also frezze what she wants and still put her arms out.

When she got it:This was pipers second power she got it in the episode"exit stragerty"
How it works:
This power is actully the same as her temproal statis power,exept it has grown to a stage which pier can not only slow mocheles but speed them up.,in most cases making them explode Like her original power this does not work on good witches.
Actavating it:This power is activated the same way as pipers first power,this caused a lot of trouble when she first recived her new power and could not control which power she used her acting in that episode was great,when she vanquised a water melon.
