Rose was born on September 5, 1973 in Florence, Italy. Her mother was French, her father was Irish. She was the second oldest of six kids. She moved to the USA at age 9. She later ran away to Los Angeles, where she met Gregg Araki, Doom Generation direct, and he casted her into the film. Once she finally made it, she met shock-rocker Marilyn Manson aka Brian Warner...whom she was formerly engaged to. In June she joined the cast of "Charmed" when Shannen Doherty quit. She now lives in San Francisco and is very close to her co-stars Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano.
