Summer training begins on June 29th. This should give everyone at least 2 weeks off from spring track before you start preparing for the fall. We are class "A" again and will be fighting for a spot at Feds against Burnt Hills and Queensbury as well as all the Class "AA"'s. We have a chance, but you as a team must be dedicated to your training. Get together if possible to go on runs or workout. Email Coach DeRocco if you have any questions. Good luck and have a great summer!

SINCE GEOCITIES WILL BE GOING DOWN FOR GOOD THIS SUMMER, I AM TRYING TO TRANSFER THE SITE TO THE NISKAYUNA SERVER. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS I TRY TO GET ALL THE FILES TO THE RIGHT LOCATION!

Please remember to turn in your uniform before the end of this week!
