Hello! I am Nisha. Nisha Praveen.�

I am a Malayalee Girl. But, brought up in Madras. Oops! it's Chennai now. My father name is Chandran and mother Padmavathy. I am the eldest daughter in my family. .I have two younger sisters. We three girls have a lots of fun by chatting, fighting and roaming. Our Parents are very� friendly and very understanding.

I had my schooling in Children's Garden School in Mylapore. I was a guide in my school days and I had a wonderful days then. In the school upto seventh standard I use to get rank within 5, after that I got rank around 10. Thus, I feel, I am average student.Then Comes the College! I did my College in Chellammal Women's College in Guindy. I am a Computer Graduate. The college days I had lots of fun with friends chating, dancing, singing GANNA's and Touring.

School and College days are the very memorable days that will never return.

Marriage: ...mmm... Marriage is a very important event in everybody's life. My marriage is quite different from others. Different in the sense, I and Praveen (my hus.) we have not seen each other, until five days before the marriage date.

I would like to tell u how it happened. Before that, a intro. about my hubby. His name is Praveen Kumar. He is a Software Programmer. His father name is Balakrishnan and mother Santha. Like me, he is also brought up in Chennai. After his studies, he went to Indonesia and worked for around two years and then he came to USA ... Okay.. Let me tell you how it all� happened!

I finished my college and I was doing a job at that time proposal came. Praveen's parents came to my house in Chennai and they liked me and they wished to proceed. At that time Praveen was in US. Later, they brought some photo's of Praveen. My Parents and I too liked him. Eventhough, all had a confusion of how to do engagement without seeing.

At that time, Praveen's father came with a idea to have contact with Praveen through phone or email. My parents also felt fine. I remember the first day when Praveen made a call� to Chennai. All were so excited to talk! My Father then my mother talked to him, then they gave to me to talk. I was a little nervous at that time thinking what to talk..

Understanding the situation, Praveen started telling about himself and asked about me and made a easy going. And, Of course my parents and sisters were helping me what to ask him. There we started, every weekend he use to call and send e-mails. We talk about our likes and dislikes and stuffs like that...

By talking to him, I started to understand his likes, dislikes, opinions, favourites, views etc..The way he talked to my parents made a very good opinion. Thus, because of his behaviour, everyone started liking him. And I started loving him even though I have not seen him.. In that way, my parents' and my confusion cleared out. And we got engaged on December 12th and they fixed the marriage day on February 6th 2000.

At that time also, he was in America and I have not seen him. My friends asked me how u would marry a person without seeing. But, my mind was clear at that time, by talking to him over phone and understanding his views. In that way we are really thankful to our Parents, to give the opportunity to talk and understand each other.

His�Parents told that he is�coming to India on January 28th and he told me that he wi1l come to my house on 29th. My Parents, sisters and myself were eagerly waiting to see him. At that time, my cousin's marriage was fixed. Her marriage is on same day ! January 28th !! And it is a must that we all have to go to Kerala. What to do?? � Eventhough myself and my family went to Kerala at the same day, Praveen came to Chennai (his Parents are also in Chennai). Now, Praveen was there in Chennai but I was there in Kerala.

Now, we all returned to Chennai on January 30th and Praveen's parents called us and told that they are coming at that day. All were so excited and were waiting for him.to come. As time passed, my heart was beating really hard to see him. And they came at exactly 4'o clock. All were�so thrilled all went out to welcome them, except me, of course. Being a bride I can't go and welcome them. I was in my room standing without any patience.

My sisters came to me and said he is good-looking. In the meantime, my father called me and I went to the hall and I was so thrilled. He came foward with a gift and said "Hello !". I was really very happy at that time. Only five days left for us to get married. The day, I remember, Feb 1st (my birthday). He came with a Diamond ring with his parents. I was really very happy at that time. And then, the long awaited, February 6th came and we got married. And thus, I became Nisha Praveen

I, and Praveen came to US on March 3rd leaving our parents, sisters and everyone. The first day in America, I was very excited to see the new place, new people, new atmosphere.

He only gave the idea of developing website and did all the helps to do it.

I am really thankful and grateful to my parents to get me a nice Hubby..
