Okra Bindi (4 to 5 persons)
Ingredients
Okra - 1/2 kg (cut in small pieces)
Oil - 2 spoons
Chili powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric - 1 spoon
Coriander - 1 spoon
Dry lemon - 1 spoon
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Preparation
Fry all ingredients for some minutes. Then add 1 1/2 spoons of
water and boil with covered pot for 10 minutes.
Tinda Tinci (4 to 5 persons)
Ingredients
Oil - 1 spoon
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
Coriander - 1 1/2 spoon
Chili powder - 1 small spoon
Curd - 2 big spoons
Preparation
Fry all ingredients for some minutes. Then
cover the pot and let it boil for 10 minutes.
