| LODGE COMMITTEES | |||||||||||||
| Awards: In charge of all Lodge awards, developing requirements and administering the programs with the approval of the Executive Committee- It uses the current procedures of the National Committee in selecting Founders' award recipients. | |||||||||||||
| Brotherhood: To contact eligible Ordeal members that they can complete their membership by obtaining Brotherhood. To give counsel to candidates and recruit others to aid in the procedures currently being used. | |||||||||||||
| Camp Promotion: In charge of camp promotion and developing promotional support items such as slide presentations or videos. The committee seeks direction from the Council Outdoor program. | |||||||||||||
| Ceremonies: In charge of recruiting and training the ceremonial teams, keeping the ceremonial grounds in good order, and conducting the ceremonies of the Lodge. | |||||||||||||
| Costuming & Regalia: In charge of all costuming, that the regalia is in order for each ceremony, cleaned and maintained | |||||||||||||
| Elangomat: In charge of recruiting and training elangomats for the conclaves Finance: in charge of creating an annual budget and establishing budget controls | |||||||||||||
| Historical: In charge of maintaining all scrapbooks, making an annual video for showing at the winter banquet and keeping the historical record of the Lodge. | |||||||||||||
| Insignia: In charge of procuring designs, obtaining pricing and ideas for insignia. | |||||||||||||
| Membership: To keep the membership record current, notifying members that dues have lapsed and removing those not registered to inactive. | |||||||||||||
| Vigil: In charge of Vigil Honor selection of eligible members using the current guidelines. | |||||||||||||
| Web Site: In charge of keeping web site up to date with current information and readily usable. | |||||||||||||
| Where To Go Camping: In charge of keeping the Where To Go Camping book updated and made available to units. | |||||||||||||
| Winter Banquet: In charge of proposing a location and menu | |||||||||||||
| There are also from time to time ad hoc committees that are established for a specific purpose. Some of these in the past have been Section Conclave NOAC and anniversary. | |||||||||||||
