Are you?

Are you a princess of the light,
with darker shades consealed?
Are you prepared to pay the price
to have your dragon killed?
My soul has passed through Avalon
where knighted by it's king
Its' honor you can depend on
it needs no offering
Its' host however,made of flesh
of mortal worlds' desires
may need to have his heart refreshed
A kiss may be required.

What Then Would You Think of Me?

what then would you think of me
if I went back to him
that simple man who made believe
that he was one of them

Yea one of them who hold the key
to love within their hearts
what then would you think of me
if my daydream departs

could you see in his sad eyes
his passions' burning bright
just through his acts could you surmise
his souls' eternal light

I've been more men than I can count
through all my soul remains
a questing presense reaching out
for beautys' astral plane

I hope that you will think of me
when I return to him
who only through his eyes you'll see
he is like one of them

My Soulmate

I feel her face
smiling eyes
her lips kissing my heart
her hair each strand
plays lullabys
like music from a harp
her tongue tickles my libido
probing deep
she tastes my soul
the fire she savors
licking the source
till rivers of passion explode
I feel her face
those smiling eyes
those lips that kiss my heart
aglow with exaustion
I realize
we've never been apart

Should We?

Can we really know the truth?
Should we really try
to find the source of beauty
when a sunset fills the sky

Would we see more colors if
we understood its' source,
or would we just be burdened
by how nature took its' course?

confining our reality
to things we understand
we limit our perceptions
in a world not made by man.

If I could tell you why my heart
feels you are where it belongs
my soul would miss the beauty
when my soulmate sings her songs

Thanks Mom

Back when I was just a child
and seeking loves embrace
a trembling mothers' beauty smiled
and filled my empty place

Her world was one of sorrow
where heartache made the rules
her son through her was made to go
to all its' finest schools

he learned of passion from the best
his little eyes so full
his heart beat through his mothers chest
her tears became his tools

through time he mastered every course
his tutors stood in awe
as he attacked their worlds source
then built himself a wall

as time progressed his wall complete
he laid to rest his tools
then sat alone on his thrones seat
in his kingdom made of fools

no sadness could get on his land
from heartache he was free
nor good things could he understand
if ever he did see

one day an angel came from above
it wore his mothers smile
she told him 'bout a world of love
where she had lived awhile

she said its' there outside your wall
just waiting for your heart
where joy and beauty daily call
come now and be a part

he took her hand and they returned
back to a world that's real
the moment he arrived he learned
that she was gravely ill

he cried to her,There's nothing changed
my heart feels only pain
this world is sadness prearranged
I'll not come here again

she trembled then and slowly smiled
such beauty on her face
her love then passed into her child
and filled my empty place
