| Since its discovery by Clyde Tombaugh, Pluto is still mysterious to us. Even the Hubble Space Telescope can't take a good picture of it because of the distance from us and the size of it. By clicking on the picture, you'll be able to view a lecture from JPL( Jet Propulsion Laboratory) on Pluto, Gas Giant planets, and also to some extent on Kuiper Belt objects. This lecture mainly and also focuses on the new mission "New Horizon" to pluto. This spacecraft will launch in January 2006 and it'll take at least a decade to reach to Pluto. The lecure is really very informative......so sit back and enjoy the lecuter as you go through solar system......................................... |
