Half-Sidhe, she was abandoned at a very young age by her human mother who grew frightened of 'strange things' happening around her, when her power began to manifest itself. She has spent many, many years since wandering, quite alone, and wishing it no differently, finding no use for 'civilization'... nor of the strange abilities which isolated her to begin with: the power of her voice inherited from the Sidhe father, and likewise the connection to the elementals, such as the gaoth, a mist elemental that mostly resided on the elemental plane, that would manifest itself around her erratically as she had no control over her skills, nor wanted them. Some control was necessary and inevitable though, as her voice had the power to truly harm if she did not control it. She sought no more than to repress such things, however.
Eventually, however, she would wander into an isolated valley in the mountains... a small enough event, it seemed at the time, but entering that valley would change her life forever. Since coming to the Valley, she has found use for both her powers and for other people, one in particular... and is now torn in an internal struggle between them--her power calls her to join with the Wild Magic, abandoning the restrictions of her human half; but the love she has found for Spectre keeps her from getting lost in the Mists. Each day brings new struggles and new joys, it seems, but this timid little thing seemed to weather the trials well, so long as he was by her side. |
