We must have at least 5 people to commit to go to an event in advance if not we cancel and or don�t go to the event.
Dues for 2007 are $100.00 a year payable $50.00 in January and $50.00 in June, or all at once if preferred for full members. Paying members, Wives are included in dues. If the wife of a full dues paying member wants to have voting rights she must pay full dues.
You will be considered in arrears and drop from the rolls if you have not paid your Jan. dues by June 1st and your June Dues by Dec 1st respectively. However if a member is having financial problems and have paid dues in past, they can be considered for a deferment of dues.
Associate Dues will be $25.00 a year per person.
A list of paid members will be kept by the treasurer and the policy will be no pay no play.
We will continue to pay for Insurance, NCWAA dues and Registration fees out of the dues.
No one should leave after a battle until the Gun & limber and the Forge & Battery Wagon and /or any other props are on the trailer.
