| Sonic the Hedgehog, realesed in 1991, was Sonic's first game, and one of the hardest. It was a breakthrough for the Genisis, combining speed, skill, and intelegence all in one tight game. Sonic only has seven levels, but what with collecting Chaos Emeralds and the lack of data saving it was really hard. It had great replay value, and had pretty frickin' easy controls. The story is basic, Robotnik is trying to take over the world, and sonic has gotta stop him. La De La Da. Though It lacks story, it makes up for it in gameplay. | ||||||
